La Mirada Apacible
2009-02-13 to 2009-03-15 Ongoing Sala de Exposiciones La Salina is one of the leading exhibition halls across the city of Salamanca. From paintings to sculptures, it displays an array of art-forms that enthrall one and all. This February, it has hosted the 'La Mirada Apacible' collection presented by the talented artist Ángel Luis Iglesias. It comprises of realistic paintings that depict an amazing variety ranging from portraits to landscaping. Do drop-in to check the exquisite works of a gifted painter.

This exhibition hall, which belongs to the Diputación Provincial (Regional Government), is well-known for offering a wide variety of interesting cultural and artistic exhibits. The hall regularly organizes its own exhibitions, displaying photographs, sculptures and paintings, but also collaborates with other institutions. Here you can enjoy exhibitions of work by artists from Castilla y León, such as Ernesto Quero, for example.
