El Regio is a great place to go on a casual date. The service is better than average and they have a nice menu. The area of town is nice.

Ambiance was good, however the food was not as good as I expected. The place is very mice, but the seving and the flavor were poor.

The attmosphere and pleasant appearance.I visit every year to Hacienda de Mamulique,Mexcio for the celebration of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.Plan to visit there in August 2005.

I had the queso frito (fried cheese) with homemade corn and flour tortillas to start off with and as an entree I had the filete ladrillo (the cut of meat). The entree came with a few veggies, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. The restaurant doesn't look like much on the outside, but it is nice inside and very big. The food was truly delicious!
