Advertised soft beds.NOT SOFT!
The worst thing was we only stayed beacuse it advertised Xtra soft My beds and that was needed for a stay after hospital before we travelled home.?! And It was by far the worst bed ever. There was no underlay on the bed and they did not seem to care when we told them this?

Magnificent !
We spent 5 nights at The Sofitel...Absolutely magnificent! We were staying on the Executive Level and had access to the Executive Lounge throughout our stay. The service we received could scarecely be bettered. I would recommend the upgrade to anybody who enjoys a little luxury now and again!

We wish we were there now!
I liked everything about Sheraton in Brisbane. It was centrally located, easy walking distance from the centre of town, bus stops, train etc...

Avoid Sheraton Brisbane Hotel
Receptionist refused to accept our internet booking until we produced printed copy from internet; hotel refused to honor the fact breakfast was included in room and charged us for breakfast after we checked out. In general, too much oversight and hassle needed for the price. Plus, Sheraton Starwood Preferred Hotels refused to help with settling the dispute; it says the Sheraton Brisbane is not really a Sheraton even though it carries the name. My advice....avoid Sheraton Hotels alltogether especially this one in Brisbane.
