The lounge was the best to date! Great service and very friendly. The hotel is in a great location for shopping and eating. Also, there is a casino not too far from the hotel. We walked every night to eat and look around. The area was always clean and nice people.

I was recently at the storesonline seminar held at your hotel. We were promised a $50 3course meal for attending. Well what a joke and what a relection on the catering abilities of your staff.we recieved a rock hard pear for the first course a dry almost stale sandwich for the second course and a choc chip biscuit. for dessert.

Stayed at the Hilton for 3 day conference - I could not wait to get back to put my feet up & relax after a long day. Large spacious rooms (on the 19th floor) with nice chaise lounge, and EXCELLENT housekeeping service. They even have a pillow menu, and very obliging housekeeping staff, who were extremely helpful in getting the right pillow for my bad neck. Comfortable beds with doona (quilts) - made me feel like I was at home (just quieter!!). In-room internet was available, and at a reasonable price for a hotel without having to pay for the whole day to use it once. Great Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries (including a loofah!) Easy to control & quickly responsive air-conditioning. Good location to shopping & nightlife.

The hotel is really well located and feels part of the buzzing shopping area. The service was very good and the rooms a good Hilton standard. The executive lounge is ok but is a little cold and impersonal - probably down to there being no real comfortable seating area - can't relax and chat in it.

The service at the Brisbane Hilton was the best I have ever recived anywhere around the world. The Chief Concierge and his team are a leading example of excellent customer service!

it's ugly it makes me sick, customer service is bad............ come on tale the hilton hotel out of brisbane.
