I arrived late morning and was asked to come back in an hour and they would rush a room to be ready. I came back 2 1/2 hours later to find out that they had given my rushed room away. But yet all these others that were checking in received their "keys" right away. So when they finally give me my "key" I was told that they upgraded the room. What a joke!!!

We enjoyed the value and service the hotel provided. The beds are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. It was our first stay and we will return.

Clean rooms,attentive service,and a great location. My companions,and myself,used the business facilities, including fax and e-mail. All business facilities were wonderful. And finally,the food was excellent.

I was here on business... I stayed on the 24th floor in a deluxe King room. The King bed was very comfortable.... I don't usually sleep well in hotels but I had not waken up once throughout the night. Staff are really friendly and helpful. You need a hotel room key to access the hotel elevators so that added to the security of the hotel. Hotel room was clean although the carpet pattern may not be most up-to-date but who cares? The hotel may look a bit old from the outside but at least I had no problem with the design/cleanliness of the room I stayed at. Hotel is also conveniently located close to a major mall, the city hall, and a library. Would definitely stay here again!
