On the south end of Anchorage lies a culinary journey to Thailand, Lao and Vietnam through Siam Cuisine's dishes. Start with the appetizer, satay with a choice of beef, chicken or pork, and then try curry noodles with coconut milk in spicy curry, or a very hot pad ped made with spicy peppers, bamboo shoots, eggplant and spicy red curry. Vegetarians can choose from 12 selections including the rama peanut sauce over mixed vegetables and tofu. Beer and wine are available.
