This restaurant has been voted "Best Champagne Brunch" by Anchorage residents and is located inside the Millennium Hotel. Picture windows spanning the entire wall of the dining room provide a breathtaking view of Lake Spenard. For dinner, start with the Smoked Salmon Lox or Garlic Shrimp to whet your appetite. Then try the Dungeness crab and Shrimp Cobb Salad. Several varieties and cuts of steak are available as well as seafood options. Flying Machine features a full bar.
