Back to Radisson Hotel Albuquerque very true Albuquerque - Radisson Hotel - On the first floor of the hotel you can hear scratching noises and slamming doors above you late at night, even if there is no one renting the room above yours. There is loud yelling and screaming in rooms that are vacant and sometimes women are shaken until they wake up by what seems to feel like children’s hands. The third floor (which no one is supposed to be on) is the only floor that has not been remolded. As soon as the elevator doors open you are hit with a gust of hot air. As you walk further through the floor there is the remains or what used to be a bar. The top is in perfect condition but the rest of it is completely destroyed. In the corner of the bar is what appears to be newly broken glass. No one knows how it was there because there were no employees up there recently and none of the windows were broken.
Reviewed by: James from on Apr 17 2009 Not a fan of this hotel This hotel has been renovated and the staff tries very hard to be professional and helpful. However, the a.c./heat units are so loud I had to sleep with a pillow over my head and couldn't hear the t.v. when it was running. Also, you only get about 8 channels to choose from which most hotels have normal cable. The toilet kept running and making noise all night along with the heater. My ammenities hadn't been replaced either. Sorry, but I can't recommend this hotel no matter how hard they are trying.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Dec 13 2007 Disappointed The hotel is under going renovation, which they say will be done this summer 2007. When we checked in, the clerk was not at all helpful. They put us in a room at the other side of the complex right next to the construction. The clerk did not give us very good directions to our room. The room has no microwave or refrigerator. They do not offer any complimentory breakfast at all. The ice machines did not work. The room was clean and the hotel has a good location. This hotel will probably be better after renovations.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Mar 10 2007 NEVER AGAIN! Wireless did not work everywhere - as promised. I had reservation for non-smoking king - and they said they couldn't give me that despite the reservation. Advertise room service until 11 - I called at 10:30 and they said they were closed; manager said it was up to staff when they closed! AMAZINGLY ROTTEN SERVICE!
Reviewed by: Sweet Bear from on Dec 10 2006 Customer service? I had billing problems with our rooms that has yet to be resolved. There seemed to be little concern over the mix up until the coporate office was contacted.
Reviewed by: Kenneth F from on Nov 14 2006 If you know whats good for you... dont stay here! I stayed here for one night. The staff was horribly rude and the bar and grill in the lobby closed down early on a friday night just because they didnt want to be there. They even double charged my credit card for a night I was not even there and its taking forever to get my money back!
Reviewed by: Amy W from on Aug 21 2006 DO NOT STAY HERE I had stayed here for a Board Meeting and had my purse stolen from my room while I was asleep in it. Local authorities came to make a report and told me that they could not tell me how many times they had been to this hotel for the same circumstances. There were cockroaches in my room. Mice in our conference room. Lipstick on "clean" glasses. Stains everywhere in the rooms. The staff was HORRIBLE. I had a BoD member wait at the airport 2 hours before the shuttle finally picked him up. Sure we will always have stories about the time we stayed at the Radisson...BUT, I don't wish this stay upon anyone.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Oct 03 2005 You Must Read This!!! If you are considering a stay in this place, please read this! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. In order to get any wash cloths, I had to go down to the front desk. This happened multiple timesand not just to me. This wouldnt be such an issue if I never showered, but hey The air conditioner could not cool the room below 73 degrees, and I set it to 51! The building interior was in horrible shape, and the personnel at the front desk were useless and devoid of any personality. And for some reason, there was always hair on my bed and sheets. After the first week, this was more than simply annoying, and I stayed there for 10 days!
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Aug 15 2005 A filthy, dangerous heap of a hotel. The absolute worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Here are some of the reasons: roaches in our room, hair covered sheets, broken ice machines throughout our building, general filth, reading lamps out in our room, panhandlers on property. Even though we had pre-paid for a second night on our return visit, we abandoned the reservation and stayed elsewhere. This place is truly a nightmare. It seems to do a big business in local weddings--why, I have no idea. The staff is completely unhelpful. Lots of people get stuck here because of Priceline. Don't be one of them! An bottom-line, inexpensive motel like Motel 6 will be much better. I
