A famous dancer turned university professor of "Flamencology" runs this venue. You can see a spectacular show of flamenco and Andalusian folklore at the same time as dining on typical local dishes. It's located next door to García Lorca Park, by the ring road, so it's easy to get to. The show is popular with tour groups in summer and with locals in winter.
