This building is located alongside the palace of the same name and now belongs to the university's Faculty of Modern Languages and built by Joaquín de Churriguera in 1715. It was used at first as a residence for university graduates who were preparing to take posts in the civil service or the church. The interior courtyard has curiously been left unfinished but does afford the visitor a sense of peace and magic. Admission is free.
