service was great..had expanded continental breakfast although there weren't enough tables to go around..my room was adequate..there was a gapping hole by the airconditioner that could have been fixed. All in all a good visit.

We had read really good reviews and expected much more...the breakfast in the morning is not good, rubbery eggs. The only highlight was the waffle maker but they only had one so you can imagine the line to use it. The indoor pool was nice, but cold and of course the hot tub was too hot for kids. The room was clean and a decent size.

In the past 12 months, I have stayed here 36 nights. Love the place. Great breakfast, great staff, comfortable and clean rooms and easy access to airport. LOVE IT.

I stayed here 2 1/2 weeks in the summer time. It was over 100 degrees for 21 days straight. On a Saturday evening, the air conditioner died. They couldn't move me to another room because the hotel was full. They brought a fan. They should have offered to move me to another hotel, that would have worked! They did move me the next day about lunch time, but 14 hours in a sweltering room is not fun! Manager offered to upgrade me to a suite if I ever came back. I won't. The breakfast bar was ok, but not tended well and not too clean. The front desk was staffed by only 1 person most of the time. The pool was not very clean, and rarely was the hallway and elevator clean. If you are passing thru and desparate, stay here. Otherwise, find a better place.

I was so diappointed when I stayed here. I had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and it was so nice but this time was a different story. The rooms were not clean at all. My little grandsons feet were black from walking barefoot on the carpet. The pool is nice but was not clean. At breakfast there was no one taking care of the area. The guy at the lobby desk would come over every so often and make more coffee. All the trash cans were full so people just left their trash on the tables. The staff was nice but that doesn't make up for the other disappointing factors. Badly done!

We were in the city for one night. It was quiet and extremely clean and refreshing. The breakfast foods available were great. The only thing I would change would to add an extra waffle iron or two. I will definely recommend this hotel to any guest coming in to the city.

Customer service from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping staff was top notch. Everything was clean and fresh in the room. Microwave and small fridge with a safe for valuables made this room worth every penny. The breakfast was great too. You can make your own fresh waffle... pour the batter into the waffle maker and wait a few minutes. Best continential breakfast I have had. I would definately take my family back to a Wingate.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location of the hotel was great, and rooms were very clean and roomy. The continental breakfast was great, it included waffles, muffins, cereal, etc. Bad thing about the hotel: the service. There was usually only one person at the desk, and half the time they were away from the desk! This happened the entire time we were there, with different desk attendants. The hotel seriously needs to work on their service. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Loved the free internet access and great breakfast. Zio's Italian Restaurant next door is superb as well!
