A countryside oasis that is a one hour drive from the bustle of Honolulu, this luxurious 808 acre oceanfront resort is famed for its seclusion and its wealth of activities. There are 443 beach cottages, 27 holes of championship golf (The Links at Kuilima), 10 tennis courts and five miles of shoreline. Guests can take advantage of two swimming pools, horseback riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, helicopter tours and more. The hotel also has several restaurants and lounges, many shops, and 10,000 square feet of meeting and convention space. It was built in 1972 and renovated in 1992.
