Named after Key West's most famous citizen, this restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Hotel Courtyard does much to evoke the atmosphere of that island. Here you dine inside or al fresco in a garden. Inside, a handsome dining room extends the Hemingway/Keys atmosphere. On the menu is an array of pastas, salads, hamburgers, steaks and seafood, winding up with that favorite dessert of the Keys, the key lime pie. There's a full bar here, too; it would not dare be otherwise in a spot dedicated to the memory of the adventurous author.
