Excellent rooms recently remodeled, courteous service and the pools and beach area are phenomenal with live music or dj. More than I expected. They should have more live music on friday and saturday nights so we can spend at the hotel without leaving the area.

We must say we had a great time ,great hotel would not stay anywhere else.The staff was very attentive and friendly,the pics you see on line are exactly what you get.Safe,close to everything,pools were always very clean ,we cannot wait to go back.The price was worth every penny,yes I do recommend the Conrad Hotel to everyone who will be traveling to the best San Juan Puerto Rico.

We stayed here 6 days in March 2009. The hotel is split into two structures on opposite sides of Ashford Avenue. There is a covered walkway that crosses Ashford one floor up. The main part of the hotel (where most of the pools, check in, and restaurants are) is in the structure on the ocean side of Ashford. The structure on the Lagoon side has one restaurant, tennis courts, and one restaurant (Varitas).

This hotel is exactly like the pictures. When we visited the front desk wasn't vey friendly, but evryone else in the hotel was.

Stayed 5 days in mid-January. Newly renovated and everything was immaculate. Lively and stunning decor - check out the pics on website. Supervised and staffed beach access. Great indoor restaurants and nice on-site casino. Staff was first class, organized, professional, friendly and helpful. (Only disappointment was outdoor restaurant/bar service often understaffed and slow, but, oh well, on vacation one shouldn't be in a big hurry. Right?)

This was the most beautiful hotel we've ever been in, and we've been to a lot of places. This is the one we always think of when we remember our favorite vacation. It's beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable. We had a room overlooking the ocean, and it was like being in heaven. Some day we'll go back...we can't wait!

When I walked in the hotel Service was great..we got out the car they were great..we gave them our res.# and we went to our rooms and the veiw of the ocean...can you say...BEAUTIFUL!!!!...and the Lagoon was on the other side...with the kids having a good time..Loved that..but we all had an excellent time..I love the swim up bar..and didn't have a time limit on the pool, so we can swim at 2 in the morning, coming back from the clubs..enjoyed my stay...and will go back..and when my mom went she stayed there and enjoyed her stay as well..!!!!

Upon arriving at the Hotel I found out they wanted to put a 4500 dollar hold on my credit card. I also found out there was total of 25% in taxes. The poolside service is horrible, you have to jump up and down to get service, even once you have ordered they don't come back to see if you would like anything else. Location is good, the grounds are nice and hotel is clean.

It's very comfortable, the view is awesome, the service is excellent. I'm really in love with the rooms, they're unique. I had a great time at the pool and it's a very good place to be. Here this is my fav hotel, the best ;)
