Back to Peery Hotel Affordable historic accomodations Beautiful and historic building. The rooms were somewhat small but well decorated; the bathroom was almost the same size as the room. The best parts were the tempurpedic mattress and the free starbucks coffee in the lobby.
Reviewed by: Collier from on Mar 08 2009 LOVE it! WE have stayed several times at the Peery. We love it. This is not a place to bring the kids. They do not have a pool. They have showers and the bathrooms tend to feel like a closet, but the furnishings are lovely. I felt transported to a different place and time. I felt pampered. We have styed for anniversaries and just to getaway and also we have stayed with the whole family at Christmas time.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on May 02 2008 What a charmer I love the location and the way they have renovated the hotel. It is so charming, and you feel like you are a world away. I think the staff is eceptional, and I am returning to stay at the Perry again this year for Christmas. This place is a bargain and I much prefer it over some chain.
Reviewed by: E from on Oct 20 2007 Great Value We just got back from vacation and wanted to mention how great this hotel was. The people were incredibly nice and the manager sattalke with us during the reception. Our room was quite small but the hotel is 100 years old. This is a great place.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 29 2007 No Parking/Small Room My husband and I stayed at the Peery Hotel for Christmas. While checking in I asked about parking because there didn't seem to be any. I was told that the parking lot costs $10/day or I could park on the street but would have to move the car every two hours. This was not listed in the hotel information. Also the rooms are extremely small. The room we received was so small I had to squeeze my body to get from the bed to the bathroom, no movement space. Also the bed was so hard I woke up in severe back pain half way through the night. I was given a new room the next day but it cost me an additional $30/day. I would not recommend this hotel.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 16 2007 Our favorite place to stay We have stayed several times and we are always happy. The first time was for our 16th wedding anniversary. I loved the decor and the history. I felt I had escaped from the world. We ate at Christopher's and felt pampered even though we are cheap and had the early bird special... which didn't feel cheap... would do it again.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 11 2007 Neat experience My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Peery Hotel. There was excellent service, rich character in the building, non-stop bottled water, great location very close to the ski/snowboard pickup route and many places to dine and get entertainment within walking distance. We would definately go back there again. Clayton and Angela
