Very crap
If you want to see what over-exploitation and no maintenance do to a tropical paradise, then go to Pulau Matahari. No beach left because people have walked over all the coral in the lagood and killed it, leading to massive beach erosion. The photos on the net are wrong, there is only a single 10m stretch of sand so covered in rubbish it was dangerous.

A/C didnt work, dunny didnt work, hot water didnt work. Playground and stairs so termite rotten only the paint holding it together. And the food.... not good value for over US200/d - we left after 1 nite.
