From this vantage point, Zürich lies at the visitors feet. The Uetliberg can be reached in around 20 minutes from Zürich's main train station. The journey up to a level of roughly 870 metres above sea level is worth it. Not just because of the panoramic view over the city and the Alps. You'll find a children's playground, restaurants and a panorama terrace up there as well. The whole experience is enhanced by the imaginative figures by the artist Bruno Weber, which you will find on the Uetliberg. From the Uetliberg, many footpaths and hiking trails litter the Albis ridge, which stretches over 15 kilometres to the south.
