One of the most famous and typical cantinas in the heart of downtown, the name of this bar originates from the Nahuatl language Icpalli meaning chair. This bar is appropriately decorated with these typical Mexican leather-woven chairs and wooden tables. Various snacks are offered to accompany drinks from its well-stocked bar, which specializes in Las Nalgas Alegres (Happy Buttocks), a pink-colored delicious, albeit strong concoction. A jukebox plays favorites at all hours.
