Open since 1996, Bistro Louise has been recognized by Wine & Spirits magazine and has featured as the Best Mediterranean Restaurant' in Tarrant County in the 1998 Zagat survey. The bistro's colorful and cheerful interior, complete with Mediterranean art adorning the walls, provides a quaint ambiance and an outdoor patio features red-hued stucco walls. In terms of food, salads are made from only the best seasonal fruits and vegetables. Fresh seafood favorites include crab cakes, succulent Chilean sea bass with Mediterranean lobster sauce, and potato-crusted salmon with balsamic onions. Beef lovers should try the luscious Portobello tenderloin or the free-range Argentinean beef.
