Dining here is more like an inter-continental feast than a buffet in a Las Vegas hotel. Much more upscale than the average all-you-can eat buffet, the decor is in keeping with the rest of Bellagio. Tastes from Italy, Japan, France, Mexico and America abound, and the freshest seafood and carved items are plentiful. Some of the standouts are the king crab legs, Beef Wellington, pastas and sushi. The plethora of desserts are reason enough to go to the buffet. The Buffet restaurant remains open for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week.
