the service is good, and the food is so unique.the enviroment is so good after the renovation.have to go there next time to singapore.so wonderful!!!!

The food at the Shang Palace is very good, but the ambience and service are not great. The back part of the restaurant is slummy (we were seated next to a pile of children's chairs), and the service was abrupt and cold. The overall experience doesn't justify the prices. But with better management this could be a really good restaurant - we liked the food a lot.
