Designed by the architectural company Siso & Shaw, and sponsored by the Simón Bolívar center, this impressive urban complex can be found at the end of Avenida Bolívar. At the opposite end of the avenue are the Torres de El Silencio, which are no less striking. The Parque Central has four museums, numerous art galleries, a hotel, a church, a concert hall, conference halls, a great number of shops, restaurants, cafés, two office blocks, seven residential blocks containing 44 flats and innumerable gardens and public spaces. It is an ambitious work. One must remember, however, that such a diverse environment on such a large scale has made the complex something of a maze in which one can easily get lost.2 ¢/min and up – call home from over 100 countries!http://travel.comfi.com/Best Value.
