The foundation is located in the Casa Rómulo Gallegos which is the headquarters of the Premio de Literatura Rómulo Gallegos. In its auditoriums, one of which is used for experimental theater, there is a constant program of diverse theater, dance, cinema, art exhibitions and conferences by various figures from the Venezuelan and Latin American intelligentsia. The neighboring districts of Altamira and La Castellana have a selection of good restaurants. There are plenty of places to park.
