Sadly, Seattle has few creperies, which is why it's nice to find 611 Supreme comfortable. The ambiance is warm and casual, and there's a cushy sofa that you will melt into. The crepes are light and airy, filled with traditional fruits and cheeses as well as some unique choices, including salmon in butter sauce, and Swiss cheese. This is a good way to end the day. There is an outdoor dining area, and the restaurant serves brunch on weekends.
