We stayed at the Crown Plaza it was superb.All the staff were efficent kind and extremley thoughtful.Our room was in a good position and very large.My 16 month old grandson felt relaxed ,which meant my daughter and myself could as well.Kep up the good service! Anne

Lovely Hotel, Fab Rooms, but slow service let the hotel down. SO DON'T BE IN A HURRY TO GO ANYWHERE OR NEED ANYTHING URGENTLY :-(

Expensive with poor service - it took 3 attempts to get a working TV remote control (TV does not work without it),

I was there to go to game , Liverpool vs Tottenham. Excellent hotel. Good place and very good service. It's short to the LFC shop and fastfood or Store like Somerland or Iceland ( im from Iceland :D) very good hotel. I liked the trip to Liverpool and im going again this fall.
