Visiting this cafe is similar to having central floor seating at a concert. As the one of the social hubs of the artistic Main Street community, it is the perfect perch for public voyeurism or temporary seclusion. The dark and cavernous single-room eatery has large wooden chapel-like booths in the rear and twisted iron fixtures at the front. Although it is renowned for its Calamari, there are many other items on the eclectic menu worth a taste, including the Roasted Half Chicken in a citrus-sambuca semiglaze sprinkled with cumin and coriander.

Really bad service and food
Really bad restaurant attitude The waitress forgot my friends order, rather than offering to at least put mine under the heater, (actually she should have also remade mine). We sat there uncomfortably for ten minutes while my food chilled. When they did bring her breakfast it had big black hair wrapped around her eggs benedict and it wasn't even as she ordered. The waitress offered to make another, by this time my friend was grossed out. I told her I would share my breakfast with her, the waitress offered us a coffee saucer for her to eat off, after she took my friends coffee mug off it. I said no, we would like a proper plate. She ate half my cold breakfast and then the manager walks by and tells us he is not charging us for her breakfast, the breakfast she never ate, the non-ordered first time, hairy second time meal. Wow! Really special. My breakfast came to $17.64 with an orange juice. I figure if someone is willing to spend $17.64 on a breakfast and you really screw it up they should have comped both our meals. I will not return. The manager obviously does not care about his customers.
