This Aussie-style juice bar, serves the both the up-and-coming young professionals and students (this is University territory after all) of Bristol with their protein-packed drinks. It's more of a takeaway than an eat-in venue - the non-smoking interior is small with a few wooden benches, but there's a great outdoor area with wooden decking for those summer days. You can pick up some great snacks for around £3 - black bean and cheese burrito or mozzarella, tomato and basil ciabatta for example - or get yourself a healthy juice to cure your hangover, or as a liquid lunch to set you up for the day. All manner of fruit and vegetables are whizzed together in great combinations and served up deliciously cold and by equally chilled-out staff.
