The Hilton really has done it right with the Rose Hall. The Resort is 10 minutes from the airport, so there was no wasted time. We had plans to do some tours but the resort was fun for the family, so we stayed at the hotel. THE FOOD WAS AWESOME!!! The Jamaican people really know how to relax and have fun. Did I say the FOOD was awesome. Jerk Pork and Chicken were very well prepared (and I am an expert on Jerk foods). The Three Palms is better than Luna, and the Sea side Grill is better than the pool side grill. Fresh is the buffet place and it was good too. The pool was great for the kids and the all you can drink with the lazy river, was way too cool. Try the "Lime Squash" with vodka. We went with another family and none of us had any complaints. I am sure you could nit pick a place if you want, but the overall atmosphere, food and service was tops. Played White Witch golf course, that is a crazy course, worth the play for mountain style golf, but I think the course at the Hilton is overall better for casual play, however, the Witch is an experience you will never forget (very difficult). If you go to Jamaica, which I do recommend, and if you have a family, Rose Hall Hilton is the way to go. As for safety, I never felt safer and I researched the crap out of Montego Bay's safety. Oh yea, we all are from the states and the tap water was fine. It actually tasted better than the water in Miami. Don't shop at the shops at Rose Hall, tourist trap. Pay 15 buck for a cab to Blue Diamond shopping (that is were the deals are).

I was here for a destination wedding. The all inclusive was amazing! I was able to try foods and drinks I have never had before. I recommend the resturant with a buffet "Fresh" they always had yummy options.

Family of 4 (2 teens) usally take cruises, but this far exceeded any cruise we've been on including Disney. Why, because it was so much more relaxing and less hurried and stressful. We NEVER left the property, oh well except to golf. The resort is very safe because it is not directly on the road like many of the other we passed on the way from airport. Must go through security and gates to get in and the beach has security at each end. At night we noticed even more security which we liked.

I think this hotel was an nice place to get away. The staff was great and I really enjoyed myself. It was a beautiful place to stay. My room was very comfortable and I had an nice view. The location was ok, but there was nothing in walking distance so I didn't walk anywhere.

First of all, I've been to this resort more than eight time's.I can't tell you how the other hotel's are, because this is like home to me and my family. From the first trip to this resort, the connection was there with all the staff. Everyone one was so welcoming. Ready to have fun ,and the staff will make sure that you enjoy your stay. With the renovations and all everything is even more wonderfull. This resort is great for kid's of all ages and adult's all age's especially since the renovation's, they are handicap ready so everyone can have a good time. For anyone looking for the ultimate vacation, this is the place to go. The room's are wonderful and very clean, the food is amazing, and the entertainment is enjoyable. Next time planning a vacation ,this is the place to be. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT.

The Rose Hall resort is a great place to stay. Completely and recently renovated, everything is brand new and clean. It had a great family atmosphere...not a bunch of breakers drinking and running around all over the place. The ocean view rooms overlook the pool and the entertainment with great ocean views from your balcony. Montego Bay is the perfect half way point, one way to Negril and the other to Ocho Rios...we rented a car and had friends in the area that took us around....so we saw alot more of Jamaica than most people do! Because we had a car we did not go the all inclusive route, so I can't comment on the food...we preferred eating out at all the locals corners.

My wife and i stayed at Rose Hall for our Honeymoon in June 2007. The Resort had renovations going on, nonetheless, the Resort was beautiful and very clean. The hotel staff were excellent hosts. We did get a chance to view some of the other resorts in the area and decided that we had made the best choice. I heard rumors about the drinks being cheap brand; if it was nobody notice or complained. There were many , many , many drinks to choose from. The food was GREAT, you can literally eat and drink all day. The resort had a casual and formal dining area. The resort also has a swim up bar and restuarant and night club for couples and families. The water park was an exceptional feature (the adults and kids will love this). There were several hot tubs located at the resort we never had to wait. The rooms were very clean and spacious. This resort gives you an luxury fell at a low rate. My wife and i will definately be staying at Rose Hall again. The other resort looked good online but didnt go over well in person. If you go to Jamacia you must get the all inclusive or you will go broke.

My Husband and my entire family went down there in 2003, because we got married there. It was beautiful and they did a wonderful job with the wedding, reception and pictures were great!!! The water park is a great place for the kids and the food is to die for! We are going back there this year and taking are toddler. The spa did a great job on everyone's hair for the wedding.
