Back to Raphaël Great Place We were there in October, 2006 and enjoyed it greatly. It's location is perfect for walking the city. It is pricy but well worth it. The room was decent size for Europe and the hotel was very clean. The rooftop restaraunt is expensive. We will absolutuly go back.

Hotel Raphael, near Piazza Navona, is withing walking distance of the Vatican, Pantheon and everything you want to see in Rome, yet is on a small square that offers a quiet location for its ivy covered walls. The staff is first rate, friendly, and willing to help with any of your needs. The food rivals any of the finest restaurants in Rome. The hotel itself is home to numerous antiques and Picasso's personal pottery collection. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a pleasure to come back to the Hotel
