start date: 2008-10-17
end date: 2008-12-16

Keep your feet on the ground as you walk through the air at Whistler's only treetop canopy walk! An eco-adventure for the whole family, you will walk on wooden bridges suspended up to 200 feet above the ground for a unique birds-eye perspective of the forest.

Located in the valley dividing Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains, walk through treetops of magnificent cedars, hemlocks and firs. Your guide will point out the difference in forest composition between the ancient, old growth forests and the second generation forests that exist in the area. There is also interpretative signage along the way. This nature walk through the forest canopy is the ideal blend of interactive learning and outdoor adventure exploration that visitors of all ages will enjoy.
