You'll be picked up from your selected hotel and taken to Yilan via the Hsuehsan Tunnel (12.9km), the second longest tunnel in Asia to tour the 24-hectare National Center for Traditional Arts. This large facility houses several theaters, a exhibition center as well three historical buildings that were removed from their original locations and rebuilt at the museum.
