The tour takes you to the top of Green Hill for breathtaking mountain and ocean views. Then go for a hike through Kalihiwai Valley, the lowland rainforest, and continue on to the spectacular five-tiered Kalihiwai Falls - an isolated and private spot with magnificent views.
Continue up-valley along the stream to a second, idyllic waterfall swimming hole surrounded by fern-lined walls. You'll have time here to enjoy a delicious lunch, and swim and float on inner tubes.
After lunch, spend approximately three hours hiking through Kalihiwai Valley, an area of pristine natural beauty.
The four-mile hike has been rated as moderately strenuous. Included are rough-hewn stairs, many stream crossings and a 10-foot (30m) rock wall descent.
